Dog Videos and a Philosophical Debate for Kids

Tuesday March 31, 2009

Kid-friendly alternative rockers, The Baby Grands, ask "Why Is It W?" on YouTube. The song asks why isn't it "Double-V" instead of "Double-U" as some exceptionally cute little kids dance around with inflatable guitars. The goofy video will most likely delight your preschooler, even as it confuses her about the alphabet! What better way to end National Reading month than with a playful discussion about the letters and why they have the names that they do?

The Baby Grands are looking for home videos of kids with dogs for their upcoming music video, "Wet Nose Friend." You can listed to the reggae-inspired song on the band's MySpace page.
