Holiday Shopping Online

Wednesday November 14, 2007

I do almost all of my holiday shopping online. It's fun, it's easy, and I can get some unique gift items. Plus, opening up the packages is like an early Christmas present. What about you? Are you an online shopper, or do you prefer the mall? If you're shopping online this year, read my Holiday Shopping tips to help make things easier. Either way, take the poll and leave a comment to let us know your preferences.

I don’t celebrate these holidays, so don’t shop for them anywhere. However, I do do a lot of shopping online. When I already know what I need, like a particular book or a shirt from a company I’m familiar with, why suffer a trip to the mall when I can just take care of the order from home?

The only bummers of online shopping for me are the wait for the stuff to arrive, and having to pay shipping costs. To minimize shipping costs, I usually make a few big orders rather than many small ones throught the year. Usually shipping rates are reduced of sometimes even free as the order size increases.
