Friday October 12, 2007

With the announcement of yet more toy and food recalls, it's natural to be a bit nervous. Luckily, the Internet makes it easy to stay on top of everything that's going on.

You can learn more about the recent ConAgra food recalls, including Banquet pot pies, at the USDA website.

Find out which toys were recalled this month at the Consumer Product Safety Commission site. The list includes all consumer product recalls in a given month.

For a comprehensive list of all recalls, including vehicles, food, medicine, toys and cosmetics, visit Recalls.gov. If you're afraid you'll miss an important recall, you can sign up for email alerts.

Are you curious about lead poisoning and the dangers for your kids? The National Safety Council has a great article that explains everything.
